The Arewa Ladies4Tech mission is to empower women in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) across Northern Nigeria, equipping them with real-world skills and job-focused content in Data Analytics and Data Science. The program has benefited more than 5,200 participants and launched four (4) female-only learning hubs. These hubs have provided safe and collaborative spaces for women to explore and advance in the tech ecosystem. Through the program, we have connected over 2,324 learners with expert women mentors, coordinated paid internship opportunities, fostered career growth, and built a supportive community. These internships provided hands-on experience, enhancing their readiness for the workforce and solidifying the program’s impact.
